The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 133(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Green moved the effective date clause. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" The new title appears below: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 133(FIN)(efd fld) "An Act relating to municipal service areas and providing for voter approval of the formation, alteration, or abolishment of certain service areas." CSHB 133(FIN)(efd fld) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
